Polyester strapping is specifically designed for medium to heavy-duty palletizing and unitizing applications. It can be applied using either hand tools or power strapping equipment. This strapping material offers higher break strengths and maintains greater retained tension compared to polypropylene strapping, ensuring optimal load stability. It is especially ideal for securing signature bundles and palletized loads of printed materials that are prone to shifting during handling and transit.

Polyester strapping is available in sizes ranging from 9mm to 16mm, with both embossed and non-embossed options.

Our newly engineered embossed Tenax polyester strapping, available in both regular and high-strength versions, provides reliable performance for applications requiring exceptional strength and high retained tension. Its excellent elongation characteristics, combined with the ability to accommodate multiple tension levels, help keep the straps tight and absorb impacts without breaking. This ensures that loads arrive in optimal condition.
