Design, Function, and Operation of the BXT2

The BXT2 combines all the benefits of SRIPLs proven battery-powered tools with faster, easier operation, and improved productivity. Its designed for low-cost ownership, consistent performance, and reliability. Equipped with Hypercharge Technology, the BXT2 charges the BOSCH battery quickly just 15 minutes restores 75-80% of the batterys total power. The tool also maintains strap tension levels until the last cycle, ensuring consistent results.

The BXT2 is incredibly easy to use, with an ergonomic, lightweight design that excels in demanding industrial environments. All tensioning and sealing operations are controlled by electronic push buttons, making the tool simple and quick to operate. The advanced tension system is highly efficient, able to strap smaller packages, while the patented automatic welding system offers flexibility with manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes.

Brushless Wear-Free Technology of the BXT2

Wear-Free Brushless Motor: The brushless motor system allows for up to 400 strap cycles per battery charge, offering durability and reliability.
Electronic Control: The BXT2 allows you to adjust strap tension and weld strength easily with electronic controls, ensuring consistent performance and minimizing the risk of damage.
Double Strap Insertion: A simple two-strap loading system speeds up cycle times, improving efficiency.
Advanced Lithium-Ion Battery Power: The BOSCH lithium-ion battery can be charged at any time without damage and delivers full power until the last strapping cycle. Its robust design also protects the battery from accidental damage.
